Olive stuffed with feta in pan

ΧΡΟΝΟΣ ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗΣ

60 ΛΕΠΤΑ

Components

30 olives green without core

juice of ½ lemon

1 teaspoon of lemon zest

1 fl. ts. flour

1 glass of beer

pepper

For the stuffing:

½ fl. ts. slice grated

½ fl. ts. grated kefalotyri

1 tbsp. dill finely chopped.

1 tbsp. Pepper Florina Fine.

1 tsp. oregano

½ tsp. pepper

1c.c. ouzo or tsipouro or raki

Instructions:

Stir the filling materials very well and put them in the refrigerator to stand for 1 hour.

Prepare the porridge: flour, beer, pepper and some salt.

Leave for a while to rest.

Fill the olives with the mixture and pass them consecutively from the porridge.

Put on absorbent paper and serve sprinkle with lemon zest and red pepper.

Fry them in medium oil for a few minutes until they get a golden-yellow color.
